cerrando the best of paris fashion week deje a alexander mcqueen ss2012. una colección super interesante en texturas y looks. la disenadora sarah burton define a la mujer mcqueen para esta temporada como un objeto del deseo, una colección acerca de los excesos. su inspiración se basa en 3 palabras que empiezan con g: gaudi (por su arquitectura), grés (por el plisado y drapeado) y gaia (por la vida oceánica, trajes de conchas y corales). mucho detalles, cinturas marcadas, volantes que hacen referencias a las olas del mar, mascaras de encaje, looks fuertes pero a su vez delicados, una exquisita mezcla.

closing the best of paris fashion week i have alexander mcqueen ss2012. a very interesting collection about textures and looks. the designer sarah burton defines the mcqueen women for this season as an object of desire, a collection about excess. her inspiration is based on 3 words that start with g: gaudi (cause the architecture), grés (for the pleating and draping) and Ggia (for ocean life, coral and shell suits). alot of details, marked waists, ruffles that make references to the waves, lace masks, looks strong but delicate turn, an exquisite blend.

haider ackermann ss2012 tiene como inspiración al poeta británico lord byron. lineas varoniles, sedas brillantes, amarres, siluetas desgarbadas y oxfords. el disenador describe su colección diciendo "ella ha robado las prendas de su amante" un enfoque super femenino, poetico y elegante.

haider ackermann ss2012 has his inspiration in the british poet lord byron. manly lines, bright silks, moorings, ungainly silhouettes and oxfords. the designer describes his collection saying "she has stolen the clothes of his lover" super feminine, poetic and elegant approach.

miu miu ss2012 nos presento un juego de encajes, patchwork, faldas y tops sujetados cubiertos con capas atadas con cintas de terciopelo. una mezcla entre la inocencia de la caperucita roja y personajes vampirescos, aunque su real inspiración fueron las grandes mujeres de la historia, algunas reinas y varias mujeres femme fatale, pero reales no actrices ni personajes. 

miu miu ss2012 present us a set of lace, patchwork skirts and tops covered with layers subjected tied with velvet ribbons. a cross between the innocence of little red riding hood and vampire characters, but the real inspitation were the great women of history, a few queens and several femme fatale women, real women not movie stars.

file 067. the best of paris fashion week. balenciaga ss2012

nicolas ghesquiere disena para balenciaga ss2012 una colección que da una mirada al pasado pensando en una esencia futurista. amplios hombros, pantalones, mini shorts de talle alto, estampados artísticos, metálicos y sombreros grandes fueron parte de la propuesta. una coleccion gráfica, eclesiástica y que según sus palabras su inspiración fue una especie de laberinto donde las texturas y formas se entrelazaban, quizo darle un toque cálido a la geometría.

nicolas ghesquiere designed  for balenciaga ss2012 a collection that looks at the past thinking in a futuristic essence. broad shoulders, pants, high waisted mini shorts, art prints, metallics and big hats were part of the proposal. a graphic collection, ecclesiastical and his inspiration was a labyrinth where the textures and shapes are intertwined, wanted to give a warm touch to the geometry.

balmain ss2012 tiene como inspiración dos fuentes importantes: la mezcla de los sastres de mexico con el glamour de las vegas. mucho dorado, bordados y formas geométricas son claves para esta propuesta de olivier rousteing, el nuevo disenador de balmain.

balmain ss2012 is inspired in two important sources: the mixture of mexico tailors with the glamor of las vegas. alot of gold, embroidery and geometric shapes are key to the proposal of olivier rousteing, the new designer of balmain.
