jorge luis salinas fw12 presentó en el lif week una colección enteramente realizada en denim. su idea fue llevar este material a la alta costura, realizando vestidos glamorosos y sofisticados, jugando con volumen, muchas texturas y detalles bordados a mano. una reinvencion creativa de este material.

jorge luis salinas fw12 presented at lif week a collection entirely made of denim. his idea was to bring this material to haute couture, he made glamorous and sophisticated dresses, playing with volume, many textures and hand-embroidered details. a creative reinvention of this material.

file 007. lif week: 100% pure perú

hace unas semanas se presentó la primera edición del lif week (lima fashion week), donde se presentarón 10 disenadores peruanos (ana maría guiulfo, sitka semsch, claudia jiménez, sergio dávila, ani alvarez calderón, sumy kujón, fátima arrieta, jorge luis salinas, gerardo privat y noe bernacelli) y nos mostraron sus colecciones fall winter 2011. pude verlas todas y quise representar la esencia de cada colección, desde mi punto de vista.
este post está dedicado a  los disenadores por su esfuerzo, creatividad y dedicación y a efraín salas con todo su equipo por sacar adelante tremendo proyecto y hacerlo realidad.

a few weeks ago it was the first edition of lif week (lima fashion week), where 10 peruvians designers(ana maría guiulfo, sitka semsch, claudia jiménez, sergio dávila, ani alvarez calderón, sumy kujón, fátima arrieta, jorge luis salinas, gerardo privat y noe bernacelli)  showed us their fall winter 2011 collections. i saw all the them and i wanted to represent the essence of each collection, from my point of view.
this post is dedicated to designers for their hard work, creativity and dedication and efrain salas with his team to bring forward huge project and make it happen.
