esta temporada donna karan presenta para dkny ss15 una colección llamada ¨new york nation¨ inspirada en las luces, el arte y la energia de esta gran ciudad. una propuesta cool, colorida, multicultural y enérgica combinando vivos colores, estampados tribales caleidoscopicos y rayas desde una perspectiva deportiva.  

this season donna karan show us the collection of dkny ss15 called ¨new york nation¨ inspired by the lights, art and energy of this big city. a cool, colorful, multicultural and energetic proposed combining brights colours, tribal kaleidoscopic prints and stripes from a sport perspective.

jack mccollough y lázaro hernández presentarón para proenza schouler fw14 una colección basada en los volumenes. la colección mezcla energía, humor y velocidad representado por las formas geométricas, el juego de texturas que va desde brillos hasta animal prints monocromáticos. los hombros redondeados, mangas grandes y juego de proporciones daban formas escultóricas a los looks. uno de sus puntos de inspiración fue la obra de ron nagle,  que vieron en la bienal de venecia.

jack mccollough and lazaro hernandez show us for proenza schouler fw14 a collection based on the volumes. the collection mixed energy, humor and speed represented by geometrical forms, the play of textures ranging from brightness to monochromatic animal prints. rounded shoulders, big sleeves and large proportions gave the looks sculptural forms. one of the points of inspiration was the work of ron nagle, who they saw in the venice biennale.

desde el inicio del desfile michael kors ss14 supo capturar la atención del público. luces apagadas, silbidos de fondo y  dream a little dream of me, cantado por mama cass elliot dieron pie a una colección delicada,  romántica, moderna, con referencias de los años cuarentas y setentas, pero muy actual, con un amplio rango de uso que va desde swimwear hasta evening, pero siempre con el estilo de lujo kors.

blancos, bordados que parecían prints de flores verdes y marrones, dots, color khakhi, abrigos y tejido liviano fueron algunos de los puntos claves de la colección.

since the beginning of the show michael kors ss14 capture the public´s attention. lights off, whistling background and dream a little dream of me by mama cass elliot  gave rise to a delicate, romantic, modern collection with references from the forties and seventies, but very modern, with a wide range of use ranges from swimwear to evening, but always with the luxury style kors.

white, embroidered that looked green and brown flowers prints, dots, khaki colour, coats and lightweight fabric were some of the key points of the collection.

una de mis colecciones preferidas. peter som ss14 para esta temporada presenta una colección fresca, fluída, siluetas holgadas, mucho azul y prints con efectos ópticos, además de flores y rayas. Según sus palabras, con esta colección quizo transmitir mucha tranquilidad, una chica de la ciudad yendo a la playa y eso se transmite en cada look, una onda relajada, desde el make up y hair hasta el ambiente del desfile que se realizó en milk estudios. 

one of my favorite collections. peter som ss14 for this season presents a fresh and fluid collection, loose silhouettes, lots of blue and prints with optical effects, besides flowers and stripes. according to him, with this collection he wanted to convey a sense of ease, a downtown girl heading to the beach and that is transmitted in each look, a relaxed wave, from make up and hair to the atmosphere of the runway that was at milk studios.

file 049. the best of new york fashion week. prabal gurung ss2012

inspirado por una serie de imagenes de flores, del fotográfo nobuyoshi araki, prabal gurung ss2012 nos muestra una colección extremadamente rica en texturas (se pudo ver seda, cuero, lana, lentejuelas de goma, etc). los colores que utilizó fueron blancos, violetas y negros, recorriendo todos sus tonos y formas de combinación. pude acceder al backstage de este desfile y ver la colección fue una experiencia increíble, vestidos largos y cortos, sastres, una colección super completa y esteticamente muy bien lograda. definitivamente una de mis favoritas.

inspired by a serie of images of flowers, by the photographer nobuyoshi araki, prabal gurung ss2012 shows a collection extremely rich in textures (you could see silk, leather, wool,  rubber sequins, etc). the colors used were white, purple and black, covering all its shades and forms of combination. i could access the backstage of the fashion show and see the collection was an amazing experience, long and short dresses, suits, it was a super complete collection and aesthetically very well made. definitely one of my favorites.

marc jacobs ss2012 cerró los desfiles de la temporada de nyc. mezcló influencias del pasado, presente y futuro. una colección rica en texturas y prendas con personalidad propia marcaron el camino de su inspiración. el desfile tuvo referencias teatrales en decoracion y actitudes inspiradas en bob fosse.

marc jacobs ss2012 closed nyc fashion week this season. mixed influences from the past, present and future. a rich collection of textures and clothing with own personality defined the way for his inspiration. the runway had theatrical references decoration and inspired by bob fosse attitudes.

proenza schouler ss2012 es una de mis colecciones favoritas. el uso del color y las texturas en toda la colección me parece simplemente genial. exploraron un lado artesanal incorporando tejidos en rafia y la piel de anguila. jack mccollough y lázaro hernández se inspirarón en la arquitectura googie (40s-60s), donde predominaban las formas geométricas y el uso del cristal.

proenza schouler ss2012 is one of my favorite collections. the use of color and texture throughout the collection seems just great. explored incorporating a traditional hand woven raffia and eel skin. jack mccollough and lazaro hernandez were inspired by googie architecture (40s-60s), dominated by geometric shapes and the use of crystal.

esta fue la primera vez que vi un desfile de adam lippes y me encantó. adam ss2012 propone líneas delicadas, mucha fluidez y extrema femeneidad. presento varios tipos de prints, entre ellos polka dots y flores. sus inspiraciones fueron la energía de west chelsea en verano y la idea de una pasarela en el cielo.

this was the first time i saw an adam lippes's show and loved it. adam ss2012 proposes delicate lines, very fluently and extreme femininity. present various types of prints, including polka dots and flowers. his inspirations were the power of west chelsea in summer and the idea of ​​a runway in the sky.

a mi parecer las colecciones de diane von furstenberg transmiten siempre mucha energía y fluidez sin dejar de ser chic y femeninas. esta temporada dvf ss2011 nos presenta el perfecto look de verano para la mujer de ciudad. me pareció muy interesante como utilizó los estampados sin usar mucho color. el maquillaje: labios rojos coral super mate.

i think that the diane von furstenberg's collections always convey a lot of energy and fluidity while still being chic and feminine. this season dvf ss2011 presents the perfect summer look for women in the city. i found it very interesting how she showed the prints without using lots of color. makeup: super matte red coral lips.

la colección de antonio azzuolo ss2011 fue inspirada en la serie de comics europeos "les aventures de tintin", por eso lo entretenido de los looks y la forma lúdica en que han sido desarrollados. super casual, divertido y chic.

antonio azzuolo ss2011 collection was inspired by the european comic book series "les aventures de tintin", so the fun of the looks and playful way in which they were developed. super casual, fun and chic.
